When you create an account or purchase a membership, we collect:

• —Membership status and tier — stored in your account to determine library access
• —Usage data — standard server logs for security and performance monitoring

If you submit your email for the free guide, that email is stored for the purpose of delivering the guide and occasional ministry-related updates from Kingdom Scribes.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use your information to:

• —Authenticate your account and manage access to the content library
• —Process and manage your subscription through Stripe
• —Send you account-related communications (receipts, billing notices)
• —Deliver free resources you have requested
• —Notify you of new content drops if you have opted in

We do not sell your personal information to third parties. We do not use your data for advertising targeting on external platforms.

3. Third-Party Services

Kingdom Scribes uses the following third-party services to operate the platform:

• —Stripe — payment processing and subscription management
• —Vercel — website hosting and deployment

Each of these services has its own privacy policy. By using Kingdom Scribes, you acknowledge that your data may be processed by these providers in accordance with their respective policies.

4. Data Retention

We retain your account information for as long as your account is active. If you cancel your membership and request account deletion, we will remove your personal data within 30 days, except where retention is required by law or legitimate business record-keeping.

We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your personal information. All data is transmitted over HTTPS. Authentication is handled by Supabase with secure, hashed credentials. Payment processing is handled entirely by Stripe and is PCI-DSS compliant.

7. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, the “last updated” date at the top of this page will change. Continued use of Kingdom Scribes after a policy update constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
