Terms of Service

1. Agreement
By creating an account or purchasing a membership on thekingdomscribes.com, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the platform.
2. Membership Tiers
Seeker Membership — grants personal, non-commercial access to the full content library for the duration of your active subscription. You may read, print, and download content for your own spiritual growth and personal use only.
Minister License — grants a limited commercial license to use, brand, and distribute Kingdom Scribes content to your own congregation or platform audience. This license is subject to the additional terms in Section 4.
3. Prohibited Uses
Regardless of membership tier, you may not:
- —Resell, sublicense, or redistribute Kingdom Scribes content to other creators, ministries, or platforms
- —Share login credentials with others
- —Use the content to train AI models or automated systems
- —Reproduce the content in bulk outside your own congregation or platform
- —Remove or obscure Kingdom Scribes copyright notices from any materials
4. Minister License Covenant
Minister License holders accept the following covenant as a condition of their license:
You may edit branding, titles, dates, church names, and practical application sections of any content.
You may not alter, remove, soften, reframe, or replace doctrinal content relating to repentance, baptism in Jesus' name, the gift of the Holy Ghost, or the Oneness of God. These positions must remain intact in any content you distribute.
Distribution is permitted to your own congregation or platform audience only. You may not distribute to the public at large or to audiences outside your ministry context.
Kingdom Scribes reserves the right to terminate a Minister License if the doctrinal covenant is violated.
5. Billing and Cancellation
Memberships are billed monthly or annually depending on the plan selected. All billing is handled securely through Stripe. Kingdom Scribes does not store payment card information.
You may cancel your membership at any time through the billing portal in your account dashboard. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. No partial refunds are issued for unused time.
Annual memberships are non-refundable after 14 days from the date of purchase.
6. Intellectual Property
All content on Kingdom Scribes — including devotionals, Bible studies, sermon outlines, governance documents, and all other written materials — is the property of Kingdom Scribes LLC and is protected by copyright law. Your membership or license grants you a limited right to use the content as described above. Ownership does not transfer.
7. Disclaimer
Kingdom Scribes content is provided for spiritual growth, ministry, and educational purposes. It is not a substitute for pastoral counsel, legal advice, or professional guidance. Kingdom Scribes LLC makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the content on this platform.
8. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of The Bahamas, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Nassau, Bahamas.
